BSS Planning Engineer

Main Tasks

• Ensure Network BSS capacity design, dimensioning & planning in terms of NEs (OMC, BSC, BTS, TC/TRAU, MFS/PCU, TRX, RNC, NodeB & eNodeB) and interface (Abis, Ater & Gb, IuCs, IuPs, Iub, A & Gb & Abis over Ip, S1, X2 …) to improve customer perception and be in line with BSS network capacity expansion plan

• Ensure 2G/3G/4G Network SW/HW upgrades (BSC,RNC, BTS , NodeBs , OMCs, LSW & AR routers) as per network need to achieve company objectifies

• Design & implementation of RAN Network modernization which includes:

2G (equipment dimensioning BSC, BTS, TC, interface Abis, Atermux, A & Gb),

3G (equipment dimensioning RNC, Nodeb, interface Iub, Iur, IuCs, IuPs),

4G (equipment dimensioning eNodeB, interface S1, X2) & OMC dimensioning

• In charge of 2G, 3G & 4G RAN Network architecture design( high level & low level design), planning, dimensioning and implementation to ensure network availability and performance according to company strategy, business requirements , network expansions and customer expectations.

• Implementing new technologies, solutions and features for a lean, robust, scalable, seemless & Virtual RAN architecture (5G, Massive MIMO, Cloud Ran, Virtual RAN solutions, All-IP…)

• Application of 3GPP RAN technologies and implications for the supporting IP transport networks .

• Continuous monitoring, analyzing statistics of Controllers performances considering different constraint.

Profil Requested :

• Graduated with a master degree in telecommunication .

• professional experience one year and more.
