Role Description:

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Reghaia (on-site, full-time). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient code while troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain full-stack software applications for enterprise solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Work closely with consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems for better performance and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in software development.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in full-stack development (both front-end and back-end).
  • Experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) and modern frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database design, APIs, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with Java.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
